A young man is missing after he failed to return to his campsite in Canterbury following New Year celebrations.
Nicholas Ward, 20, was last seen camping with his friends at Mount Grey in Hurinui on Tuesday.
Mr Ward is six foot tall, caucasian, with short brown hair, a thin moustache, and a goatee beard.
Police are urging anyone who's seen him to contact them.
