A teacher has been seriously wounded in a stabbing at Avondale College in Auckland.
Police say he was stabbed in the back while writing on a whiteboard.
The ambulance service says it was called at about 11:40am on Tuesday and took a man, 50, to hospital - where he is in a serious condition.
Police are interviewing a student.
