Police in Samoa have charged a 21-year-old prison inmateover the death of New Zealand man.
The prisoner is accused of killing Hans Dalton, 38, from Auckland who was found dead in a prison cell in Apia on 26 December.
Police had originally said Mr Dalton had killed himself.
The accused man is due to appear in court on 28 January.
