Mourners on Saturday farewelled a Tauranga couple killed in a mini-van crash in Kenya last week.
The funeral for Brian and Grace Johnston was held at Bethlehem College.
They were killed on the night of 15 January along with their Kenyan driver and a former student of the school, Caitlin Dickson, while working on the school's missionary programme.
Several people gave spoken tributes at service for the Johnstons who had 10 children.
The last of the 19 volunteers who were on the mission in Kenya are due home later in the day.
Miss Dickson's funeral was held on Thursday.
