Four people have been charged with the murder of a Featherston man.
Glen Jones, 40, was found with severe head injuries at his home in Fitzherbert Street about 12.15am on 12 January and died in Wellington hospital later that day.
Tariana Jones, 32, Kristofer Jones, 23, Hayden Ranson, 27, and Matthew McKinney, 28, appeared in the Masterton District Court on Thursday morning charged with murder.
The four had initially been charged with aggravated burglary and still face that charge.
A fifth person, Toni Miller, 22, has also been charged with aggravated burglary.
Ms Miller and Ms Jones have been remanded on bail until a plea evaluation on 16 April.
Mr Jones, Mr Ranson and Mr McKinney have been remanded in custody until the same date.
