A bottle of industrial strength cocaine stolen from Palmerston North Hospital could be fatal if used, police warn.
It is believed the controlled drug, stored in a small glass bottle and labelled cocaine, was taken at the weekend.
Police and health officials are extremely concerned that the drug may be sold or taken recreationally.
The cocaine is not the same as that used by drug users and, given its strength, could be fatal if used.
