Name suppression has been lifted for one of the men charged with killing Shalvin Prasad, the 21-year-old Auckland man whose body was found in a scrub fire earlier in February.
Shivneel Kumar, 18, was charged last week with Mr Prasad's murder.
Mr Kumar and his 20-year-old co-accused, whose name is still suppressed, appeared in the Manukau District Court on Friday.
The pair were remanded in custody to reappear in court on 18 March.
