Police have arrested another person they believe was involved in a pursuit that ended when a car crashed off an Auckland wharf last week.
An officer was hit by a car in the incident as he laid road spikes on the North Shore.
Police have charged a Papatoetoe woman whom they previously did not realise was in the car.
The woman has been charged in relation to the theft of the car and will appear in court next week.
Two people are already facing charges over the incident.
Police are still seeking a fourth person, Linda Cherie Phillips.
