Police say a van fire in which a man was found dead is not suspicious.
Gehrard Unterlauf, 58, was found in the burnt-out van on Rodney Street in Wellsford about 4am on Friday.
St John Ambulance said another person was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The matter has been referred to the Coroner.
