The Green Party says it is time the Government revealed details of its new policy on paying family carers who provide disability support.
Health Minister Tony Ryall announced in June 2012 that the Government would cease legal action and change a policy that excludes family members from being paid for providing disability support services to their adult children.
Mr Ryall said at the time he expected the new policy would come into effect in May this year.
But Green MP Catherine Delahunty says there has been no information available on progress and that is unfair for the families involved.
A spokesperson for Mr Ryall said he will make an announcement soon.
