A second man has died following a house fire in Tokoroa.
Lance Allen Aislabie, 57, died on Tuesday evening, while Adrian Robin Glenie, 47, died overnight.
Mr Glenie was initially taken to Waikato Hospital with serious burns and later transferred to Middlemore Hospital in Auckland where he had surgery.
Post-mortems on both men who lived at the house will take place on Thursday.
Police and fire officers are investigating to determine if the blaze is suspicious.
