The price of beer is likely to rise again this year, according to Australasian brewer Lion Nathan.
The company says the cost of raw materials, especially sugar and barley, along with glass, aluminum and energy, have risen significantly in recent years.
Most major drinks companies, including Lion Nathan, have already increased prices by between 2% and 7% this year.
Lion Nathan says its price increase in March alleviated some of the pressure, but further rises are likely this year.
