A man has appeared in the Auckland District Court charged in relation to a fatal road rage incident earlier this month.
Jasmatbhai Patel, 78, received head injuries after a minor car crash in Mt Albert. He died later in hospital.
Bio O'Brien, 28, is charged with assaulting Mr Patel. More serious charges are expected to be laid.
He was further remanded in custody by consent to appear in court again on 25 May.
