A ground and air search has failed to locate a Nelson man.
Police were notified by railway workers last Thursday that Blair Steven Robinson's van had been parked for several days in a remote rail siding in the Ure River area of south Marlborough.
Mr Robinson left Nelson on 18 April and was last seen the following day in Amberley.
He was driving a blue and silver Mitsubishi Space Gear Van with a windsurf board on the roof.
Police say Mr Robinson's bank and phone records have not been used since his disappearance and do not believe he has been the victim of foul play.
