An Asian student is facing charges of supplying more than 560 grams of the drug methamphetamine to several different gangs.
Nine people have been arrested in relation to supplying the Class A drug, commonly known as "P" and importing pseudoephedrine which is used to make it.
The ninth arrest came on Wednesday morning after an investigation by the Organised and Financial Crime Agency which focused on the 20-year-old student.
Police believe he was supplying methamphetamine to his co-offenders, who have also been arrested, and charged with on-selling the drug.
Police have seized $380,000 worth of drugs and $130,000 in cash.
