The jury deciding the fate of former MP Taito Phillip Field has lost a second member.
Mr Field is facing 35 charges of bribery, corruption and obstructing justice in the High Court at Auckland.
His trial began in April and he denies the charges.
On Wednesday, the judge discharged a second juror, giving no reason for the move.
The case continues with 10 jurors.
