Black Sticks beat China

The New Zealand men's hockey team remain well on track to achieve their objective of winning the World Cup qualifying tournament in Invercargill after thrashing China.

China were the only other unbeaten side but succumbed 3-nil by half-time, with the Black Sticks running out to 6-1 by the end.

The top two sides after round robin play meet in the final, with the winner qualifying for February's World Cup in Delhi.
