North Shore Mayor Andrew Williams is issuing some of his text logs after criticism of late night messages to the Prime Minister.
Mr Williams admits sending texts to John Key and three other Auckland MPs, but denies claims he's sent some as late as 3:30am.
Mr Williams has gone over his text logs for the last four months and says there are only three to Mr Key, all around the time of the reading of the second Auckland super-city bill.
He says the latest was timed as Parliament rose at 12.17am, and expressed his disappointment with the bill.
Mr Williams says three messages in four months hardly constitutes text harassment. He says ACT and National Party people are trying to discredit him.
