A man is on the run and a mother faces drugs charges after police discovered what they are calling a methamphetamine lab at a house in Ngaruawahia.
Police went to the Waikato home on Tuesday morning looking for a man wanted for breach of bail and burglary-related matters.
Officers found a small amount of cannabis and, during a search of the house, chemicals and other products were discovered.
Police believe a lab used to manufacture methamphetamine, also known as the drug "P", had been operating at the house.
They are looking for Lindsey Rogers, 32, who was meant to be at the house and have charged a 25-year-old woman with possession of cannabis.
