Police have found a missing Tauranga girl and arrested the man she was travelling with.
Julie Davis, 14, had been gone for 11 days and police had issued an arrest warrant for Craig Howard, 41.
The teenager phoned a radio station on Tuesday to say she was safe and would return home on Wednesday.
Police found her at a thermal bathing pool in Rotorua about 11pm on Tuesday after a tip-off from the public.
Julie has been placed in the care of Child, Youth and Family.
