Nancy Voon, who is in her late 60s, had just arrived at the YMCA in Panmure last Wednesday when she was dragged from her car, attacked and had her vehicle stolen.

Police have arrested and charged a 17-year-old woman with aggravated robbery, theft and two charges of unlawfully taking a motor-vehicle.

Detective Senior Sergeant Paul Newman said two more suspects had been identified and police were making time to speak with them.

"Both are under the age of 17 and are in CYFS custody on an unrelated matter and we are in the process of making a time to speak with each of them.

"We can advise that we are not looking for anyone else in relation to this incident," Mr Newman said.

Mr Newman said the 17-year-old would appear in the Auckland District Court this afternoon.

Police thanked the "hundreds of people" who helped with the police investigation after CCTV footage was released.

He said Ms Voon's family was relieved to hear the news of the arrest.
