The building was evacuated and 70 firefighters were at the scene.

The fire had "quickly been contained", the Fire Service said.

It said the building was heavily smoke-logged and fire crews searched the entire building to ensure nobody was still inside.

The smoke was found to have come from an electrical appliance in an office kitchen.

There were 12 people in the building at the time, who were evacuated but have since been allowed back inside.
