Police are investigating the death of man at a Hamilton house.
Officers were called to a house in the suburb of Nawton shortly before 5.30pm yesterday after reports of a disturbance.
A 59-year-old man died while police were at the property.
They have arrested a 29-year-old man, who will appear in court on Monday charged with assault.
