The retail price of petrol is down by four cents per litre on Monday.
BP and Shell stations are selling 91 unleaded fuel for $1.77.9 per litre. Diesel remains unchanged in price.
The price of 95 octane is $1.84.9 per litre.
The price drops are a response to the change in the New Zealand exchange rate and a movement in refined fuel on the Singapore market.
Caltex says it is reviewing its prices. Mobil could not be reached for comment.
