Four of the charges against the daughter of broadcaster Paul Holmes have been withdrawn.
Millie Elder appeared in the Auckland District Court on Thursday to face seven charges involving breaching of supervision orders.
She has been remanded until the 23 January when a full status hearing for the remaining three charges will be heard.
A charge against Ms Elder of possession of methamphetamine will be heard in February.
