Three still in hospital after Kamo gang shooting

Three men are still in hospital after a gang shooting that injured five in Whangarei last week.

A 21-year-old man arrested after the incident at a Clark Road house in Kamo on Wednesday was discharged this morning.

But two others are still in Whangarei Hospital after surgery, and another remains in Auckland Hospital.

All are in a stable condition.

Police posted guards at the hospital over the weekend while the men received treatment.

They are yet to lay charges over the shootings.
