The brother of a New Zealand-born nurse who was killed in Sydney in April says her family deserves justice.
A murder charge has been laid against Walter Marsh, 49, who had proclaimed his innocence in media interviews after twice being questioned about the stabbing.
Michelle Beets, 57, was killed after returning home from work at Sydney's Royal North Shore Hospital.
Her brother Martin Beets says he is glad the police investigation has led to a prosecution.
He says one of his other sisters in Sydney will probably attend future court hearings.
