A New Zealand man missing in Samoa may have fallen into the ocean, say media reports.

Joseph Tua, a Navy sailor, disappeared last week. He was last seen at the popular To Sua ocean trench, a large natural saltwater swimming hole.
The Samoa Observer reports local police believe he either fell into the ocean or was hit by a wave.
The New Zealand High Commission in Apia is providing consular assistance to Mr Tua's family.
The Defence Force said the Navy was providing support to Mr Tua's family and friends, as well as his colleagues at the Devonport Naval Base.
