The police are searching for an 82-year-old woman missing from the Hawke's Bay town of Woodville, probably with her Burmese cat with her in her car.

Valerie Steiner, 82, was intending to visit a store in the town about lunchtime yesterday.
She suffers from memory loss, and may be confused and disoriented.
Police and her family are concerned for her whereabouts, and urge anyone who may have seen her to get in touch immediately.
She is likely to be travelling in a blue 2004 Honda Jazz, registration BZN494, and is thought to be travelling with her dark-brown cat, which is often with her in the car.
Any sightings of Valerie Steiner or her car can be reported to the Dannevirke Police Station on (06) 374 4500.
