A delegation from the Pacific Islands Chamber of Commerce is going to China next month to discuss business opportunities between the two areas.

Representatives from the chamber attended a seminar this week on the free trade agreement between New Zealand and China.

Secretary Inga Tuigamala says the islands are a small fish in a huge ocean, but China offers the chance to make their economies grow.

He says the chamber wants to help Pacific Island businesses based in New Zealand and China to take advantage of opportunities.
