A woman who went missing after going for a walk to a waterfall in the Bay of Plenty has been found.

The Katikati woman Sheree Tuahuru, 35, who went missing after going for a walk to the Ananui Falls off Woodland Road yesterday at 11am was found safe and well.
A Land Search & Rescue team located Ms Tuahuru near the Waitawheta Hut.
Sergeant Craig Madden of the Police SAR stated the successful outcome of this search was due to the fact the missing party had left her trip intentions with family.
Police were alerted that she was overdue just after midnight this morning.
Earlier they said Ms Tuahuru was not prepared to be in the bush overnight.
