One person has been critically injured in a car fire in the Auckland suburb of Te Atatu this morning.

Emergency services were called to the fire in a driveway at about 8.10am.
A police spokesperson said one person has been taken to Auckland Hospital.
Police are working with the Fire Service to establish the cause of the fire.
