Police fear for the safety of an Auckland woman who has been missing for a week.

They say 39-year-old Tania Ellwood was last seen in Newmarket about 11am last Wednesday.
Police said it was out of character for her to be out of contact with her family.
Ms Ellwood is described as 166cm tall with a slim-to-medium build and blonde hair.
She may have been wearing dark jeans, a black cross-over top and white Nike boots.
Police urged the public to get in touch if they had seen or heard from her.
