About 30 firefighters are working to battle a blaze in a building in the Auckland suburb of Parnell.
Fire and Emergency was called to the fire in a two-storey building on Parnell Road about midday.

The building contains a restaurant, and the fire crews were working to extinguish the fire in the roof.
Eight fire trucks are at the scene and are reported to be causing traffic issues in the area.
There are no reports of injuries.
