A man accused of murdering Dunedin teenager Amber-Rose Rush has had suppression lifted on a charge of indecent assault he is also facing.
Venod Skantha, 30, is facing a charge of murdering the 16 year old, along with four charges of threatening to kill, and a charge of indecent assault.
The victims of the alleged indecent assault and threats to kill have been suppressed.
The family of Ms Rush found her body at their Corstorphine home in February.
Mr Skantha pleaded not guilty to all charges in March and remains in custody.
