A Hamilton man is in a stable condition in Waikato hospital following surgery to remove a bullet from his shoulder.
The man, 51, was shot outside his home in Frankton between 5.30am - 7am on Thursday. He went to hospital later in the morning.
Police say they are interested in information on anyone suspicious in the area and any suspicious vehicles.
