There are delays for train commuters in Auckland on Thursday morning due to three failures of points mechanisms at the Britomart station.
A points mechanism allows trains to move from one track to another.
Veolia Transport says trains on the southern and western lines are stopping at Newmarket. Passengers have to transfer to buses to the central city.
It says the eastern train line is still functioning but it's slow going.
Ontrack advises commuters to find another way into the city.
