A person has died after a car rolled in Kerikeri on Sunday afternoon.
The Northern Ambulance Service were called to the accident at the intersection of State Highway 10 and Wakelin Road just before 4.30pm.
Another passenger was seriously injured, and a further two passengers suffered moderate injuries.
And in a second serious crash in Northland, two people were flown to hospital in the rescue helicopter.
Police say a car hit a bank in Whangaruru, near Russell, and one person had to be cut out of the vehicle.
