Car dealership Williams and Adams has been partly salvaged by liquidators PricewaterhouseCoopers.
The liquidators say Team Capital Ltd has bought Williams and Adams' central Wellington and Porirua Holden businesses.
Last month the dealerships Paraparaumu Holden and Suzuki site was sold.
PricewaterhouseCoopers say the two deals will preserve 51 jobs in the Wellington region.
Several other sites have already been closed.
