A man is dead following an industrial accident involving a truck or other heavy vehicle, according to police.
The 35-year-old man was found by a staff member about 3.30pm on Friday.
Police, emergency services and inspectors from the Department of Labour are at the scene of the incident in East Tamaki on Friday evening.
