There was disruption for train commuters in Auckland on Friday morning, with a bomb scare at the Britomart transport centre.
The terminal was evacuated at about 8:45am after a call from a phone box in West Auckland.
Police say the entire site has been searched and there is no sign of a bomb.
They say the 9/11 anniversary tends to trigger such incidents.
Passenger trains heading into the city were stopped for about three-quarters of an hour, but have now resumed.
