Police and the Fire Service are investigating a garage fire at a property in Christchurch where two bodies were found under the floorboards in September.
The fire was reported about 11pm on Wednesday and the house was fully ablaze when crews arrived.
Police are treating the blaze as suspicious.
It's the second fire at the house in the suburb of Wainoni where the bodies of Tisha Lowry and Rebecca Sarah Somerville were found in September.
The owner of the house, Jason Somerville, pleaded guilty to the murders of the women last month.
