Two men have held up a takeaway shop in South Auckland using a machete and a rifle, police say.
The men threatened the occupants of the Diamond Horse takeaway in Mangere shortly after 10pm on Thursday.
Police say the men did not get any money from the till and left the shop in a white car, which a third person was driving.
