A Brazilian man is dead after a head on collision between two vehicles on State Highway Six, near Queenstown.
He was 32-year-old Anderson Luiz Dos Santos.
The crash occurred just before 5pm on Friday.
The other driver involved, a Queenstown man, aged 31, was taken to Kew hospital in Invercargill with serious leg injuries.
