6:00 pm on 8 February 2010

An 11-year-old Levin girl missing since Friday is now with the police. Apparently unharmed, she was brought to the Porirua police station by her mother.

The police and Child, Youth and Family staff had been looking for Hollie Henderson-Drew, who was last seen at her school in Levin on Friday afternoon.

It was believed she was with her mother, Toni Henderson, whom the police said was aware of the search. They also said concerns were held for the child's well-being.

A spokesperson for the police in Porirua says Ms Henderson arrived at the station with her daughter at about 1pm on Monday. He says the 11-year-old appears unharmed.

The pair were being interviewed by the police.
