A tramper reported missing in the Ruahine Forest Park has been found.
The 50-year-old from New Plymouth was reported missing just before 9pm on Sunday but has been located safe and well.
Huts near to where she was tramping were checked on Sunday, but a helicopter search of the area had to be stop due to bad weather.
The woman spent the night in a hut and walked out of the forest on Monday morning.
