Police in Oamaru are asking for help to identify a burnt-out car, which they believe is linked to a fatal motorcycle crash.
Thomas Alec Fry, 18, died at the scene of the crash last Thursday morning, on State Highway One at Richmond.
Police say they're confident a Nissan Skyline found burnt-out on Horse Gully road, north of Oamaru, is linked to the crash.
They want to talk to anyone who saw a light coloured Skyline in the Oamaru area between 3am - 6am on Thursday.
