Police have arrested a teenage girl in relation to last weekend's fire at Kerikeri High School.
The fire in the early hours of Sunday morning destroyed one classroom and damaged others.
The 15-year-old girl was to appear in Kaikohe Youth Court on Thursday, charged with arson.
The school re-opened on Thursday morning, after a three day clean-up of the damaged buildings.
