A multi-million-dollar lawsuit, thought to be one of Wellington's biggest leaky home claims, will be heard in court in August.
More than 90 apartment owners in the Stadium Gardens in Thorndon are claiming $12.7 million from Wellington City Council and the builders and developers of the complex.
One apartment owner, Max Meyers, says the exterior of the building needs to be completely reclad.
Mr Meyers says many apartment owners have had to rent out their apartments and move into cheaper accommodation so they can afford their share of body corporate maintenance costs.
