A woman has been arrested in connection with the death of another woman at a party in South Auckland on Saturday night.
Police were called to an altercation at a property in Manurewa on Saturday night, where they found the body of a 29-year-old woman.
They have since launched a homicide investigation and have charged a 32-year-old woman with assault.
She will appear in the Manukau District Court on Monday, and police say more serious charges may follow.
